Mandala Custom Homes (MCH) round homes are designed to integrate with all foundation systems including Insulated Concrete Form, slab floor, post and pier, stem wall or a full basement foundation (The Foundation is not included in the home kit cost and is not provided by MCH).

PREFABRICATED HOME KIT

The true beauty of a Mandala Custom Home is its genius of construction. The prefabricated home system means that wall panels, floor and roof components are pre-built at our factory, then shipped to you as a Home Kit for on-site set-up.

SET-UP AND FINISHING

Mandala Custom Homes recommends you engage the services of a General Contractor to coordinate the set-up and finishing of your Mandala Kit. Mandala Custom Homes can refer a Set-up Coordinator to work in collaboration with your General Contractor at the site to oversee the set-up of your Mandala Kit. The Set-Up Coordinator is an independent contractor who has experience setting up the Mandala Home Kits.

Once set-up, the Mandala Pre-Designed Home Kit or Custom Designed Home Kit makes a complete weather tight shell, finished to the exterior with a finished ceiling.
