The cost for Custom Mandala Kits can vary significantly based on the building size and complexity of design. Components such as higher quality windows, doors and other options can add substantially to the kit cost. The cost per square foot for Custom Mandala Kits typically ranges from $60 to $95 per square foot, excluding square footage for garages.
An estimate based on your conceptual design will be provided. A second estimate is provided once you have accepted your custom design and options. This estimate may differ from your final quote depending upon your final choice of windows, doors and other variables.
A production quote for the cost of your Custom Mandala Kit is provided after your approval of the final plans and options. The quote provided includes a detailed description of the home kit package and the materials provided.
