Mandala Custom Round Home Assembly in 6 Easy Steps
Step 1
The Mandala designer will create detailed foundation drawings and guide the general contractor through the assembly process. Once the foundation is complete (provided by others), assemble the pre-cut flooring pieces supplied in the Mandala Home kit.
Step 2
Stand and brace the perimeter walls.
Step 3
Stand and brace the central ring and platform. This is ideally done using a boom truck or crane (as shown), but on smaller homes can be done by hand with four people.
Step 4
Assemble the engineered truss roof system and apply the pre-cut plywood roof sheathing.
Step 5
Attach the pre-assembled soffit panels and the pre-cut corner trim and fascia.
Step 6
Install the roofing material (not supplied), install the skylight, and hang the exterior doors (not supplied).
