After the cable is tightened to specifications, there is another significant moment in this unique building process….
Removing the scaffolding from under the skylight ring and taking off the plywood ‘floor’ that covers the opening.

Voila! Some people call this large center opening “The Gods Eye” …a skyward looking window to the world outside of the home. In this moment, I’d say that there are some lovely angels looking in on our Mandala home; Bruce, Daniel, Lars, Luke and Dan. Thanks, guys!
