  2. Exterior wall cladding can be wood, metal, composite, cement board, stone veneer, and stucco.

  4. We can add a garage to any design. The garages can be round, oval or rectangular.
  5. The wall heights can be 8’ to 18’ tall.
  6. All Mandala Custom Homes designs can incorporate a loft.
  7. For added sun protection, the overhangs can be increased in size.
  8. We can build a home that is fire-safe and built to California Wildfire Code.
  9. The Aspen and great rooms in all our designs come in 10 different sizes from 20’ to 57’ in diameter.
