The Michael and Maddie O’Laire family of EcoSmart Homes Alaska recently finished the latest Mandala Home project in Alaska. Their Mandala Home received a whopping 97.5 points on the BEES rating system, which qualifies it as a 6-Star Home. At just .04 air exchanges per hour, Bill Steyer of The Energy Saver, LLC, said the house was the tightest home he had ever rated. The home also qualified for a $10,000 rebate through Alaska Housing Finance Corporation’s Home Energy Rebate program
